Hi Linda, just wanted you to know I made these for my housewarming courtesy of the prolific egglaying abilities of my chooks and my sister’s equally prolific lemon tree. They were delicious! There are still left overs too so I can wean myself down and avoid withdrawals 🙂 Next time I just have to make sure I roll out the base thin enough.

I’m glad you like them. They are my go-to recipe for parties when lemons are in season.

Hi mum. I am going to a birthday party this weekend and wanted to turn these lemon cheese cakes into mulberry cheese cakes. Any advice. I wasn’t paying attention when you made the blue berry ones at the beach. I have a big bowl of berries, purple fingers and mulberry flavoured embryonic fluid..( I think the baby likes them)

Same as these. But you can use cottage cheese instead of feta so’s it’s less salty, reduce the lemon a bit (but it’s good with some lemon), pour into the pastry cases so they’re half full, then put raw mulberries in till the cases are full.
