Connecting the Dots

Linda, these look very yummy and three-year-old-friendly. I’ll have to try them out later in the week I think, perhaps a good Friday night after childcare dinner when all she wants is snack food.

No Tuesday night vego here, I had good intentions but didn’t get my slowed cooked beef hot pot on early enough last night so it became tonight dinners. I’ll be doing one later in the week, so perhaps I can post that one for next Tuesday – is that cheating?

My mother used to make these with flour and no cheese and we always knew them as Mock Fish.
