    Hi Linda,

I enjoy your blog, and dream of one day having a garden as productive as yours.

Have you used the hibachi much? We also have access to a lot of wood that looks like your barrow load.If you’re having success with your hibachi, it seems like a good way to use up the small branches.

    Thanks

    Don

Hi Don, we have used the Hibachi a fair bit this summer. It works well for frying and stir frying, and it’s easy and fast to cook with. We’ve just this week bought a single burner induction burner too, for the morning coffee making, and it’s a nice fast hotplate. It’s a bit sad that my gas stove is a beautiful old vintage “Radiation”, probably made before WW2 and I hardly use it now.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I’ll give it a go to use the resource that I have to throw off the road, instead of buying gas 🙂
