    Thank you so much for this recipe Linda, I have a similar oven & thought I should be able to use it to bake bread but did not know how starting from a cold oven – cant wait to try it, must get my sourdough out of the fridge & fire it up for a couple of days. Do you think it would be OK with half wholemeal flour?
